I will be on break from my group class schedule for the summer months to further my training and to travel with family and friends. I will resume with my group classes at West Wood Health & Fitness in the fall session which will begin August 31st.
I am still available for private lessons throughout the summer and I also will be teaching workshops. Registration is now open for all workshops.
